HYPER ISLAND
As a LEAN expert and trainer for Sweden-based global learning provider Hyper Island in Singapore, I’ve led and facilitated tailored training workshops for the Masters in Digital Management Program to teach students how to apply LEAN startup principles throughout the ideation, execution and iteration process.

In 2016 and 2017, I worked with the founders and teams behind one of Singapore’s leading co-working spaces The Working Capitol to provide data-driven team assessments, bespoke training programs, and a 2-day offsite leadership program to support business growth and transformation at pivotal stages of organisational restructuring, growth and new strategy development and implementation.

In 2014, I worked with the Impact HUB Singapore to support its collaborative initiative with the INSEAD Business School and DBS Bank to successfully launch its earliest chapters of a 3-day intensive Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in Singapore. I also developed a community leader’s Playbook and Trainer Manual that led to the successful launch and rollout of the Bootcamp at Impact HUB Malaysia and Cambodia.
